Duties and responsibilities:
· Prepare, review and implement architectural and engineering plans,
drawings, details & specifications
· Prepare project cost estimates, and work, manpower and equipment
schedules
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports for project monitoring
· Prepare project site drawings
· Spearhead Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs on Project
implementation
· Inspect and accept on-site deliveries of materials, equipment & tools
· Conduct regular safety toolbox meetings
Candidate Qualifications:
· Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 2 years work experience in vertical and/or horizontal project management constructions
· With good oral & written communication skills
· With computer proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and
Power Point Presentation) and AutoCad
