Qualifications:
● Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering, Economics, Management or equivalent
● With at least 3-5 years experience in rental management and leasing
● With strong sense of customer service, good interpersonal skills, excellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
● Knowledge of the real estate trends and industry is a must
● Adept in real estate and property business selling
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Oversees and monitors the performance of all associates under the team
● Negotiates with tenants based on the lease terms and conditions approved by the company
● Research market comparable and recommend the best lease terms and conditions
● Review documents/requirements submitted by the client
● Coordinate with new and existing clients and maintain a good and harmonious relationship with them
● Recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projects under GERI
● Conducts site visits the properties for lease
● Provide the best and professional advice to its various clients
● Follow the latest trends and news in real estate world
