From training new hires to other recurring training, policy and system upgrades and enhancements. Assist in driving team performance through development and support of strategies tied to knowledge effectiveness and outstanding customer service to our employees. This role would also enforce and make sure that policies and guidelines are being followed by the team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Assist in driving team performance through development and support of strategies tied to knowledge effectiveness and outstanding customer service to our employeesResponsible for providing and maintaining information of the knowledge tablesProvide support in creating training materials and any other task/s needed Acts as an educational resource to support professional development plans for employees. Provides feedback on issues identified through training and recommends solutions/actions to be taken Conducts training sessions for team members as required and ensuring the successful adoption of new information by the team/participantsPerforming audit planning, and audit reporting; and preparing reports, communicating findings and recommendations Assisting with the Continuous Auditing / Monitoring program including data collection, analysis, and cycle reviewsPreparing Audit Reports, the results of our audits, including observations noted, recommended action items and monitoring the proper and timely implementationWork with New hire Files Team in Miami for Audit findings of new hire documents incorrectly validated in the systemPrepare a proposed Training plan based on the audit findings and liaise with Operation Leads Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Education, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.Min of 1 year of related work experience developing training programs, products, solutions, quality and customer service, internal audit and operations risk management.Frequent responsibility for creating and managing project deliverables on complex / large-scale projects dealing with technical skills- based training as well training for softer / behavioral skills training programs.Experience developing sound instructional objectives, exams/certifications, and learning measurement strategies.Experience with global/international operations/organization will be considered a plus.Must be able to identify training needs, conduct research, draw upon a variety of resources, propose targeted and creative solutions, and translate ideas into action.Technical Writing, Teaching/Training, performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development.Must have the ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed.Must demonstrate effective questioning and listening skills.Must be able to utilize a variety of instructional methods in order to meet the needs of the team It is the policy of the Company to ensure equal employment and promotion opportunity to qualified candidates without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sexuality, gender identity or expression, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
