DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares detailed quantity survey reports to measure and document construction progress reporting for civil, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation disciplines.evaluates actual construction progress for comparison with project milestones in reference to the work schedules for each work areas.Prepares project progress accomplishment reports in coordination with the Mechanical, Instrument & Control, Electrical, and Civil/Structural Engineers.Works with Project Controls engineer to evaluate and review contractor’s progress billings’ back-up quantifications.Prepares the weekly project reports and monthly status reports for management.Provides inputs on the over-all project schedule for each construction discipline and helps to identify activities within the critical path to the project target completion.Compiles historical data on the project implementation, particularly on those periods where shifting of critical path in the project activities occur.Perform other project related works as maybe necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have five (5) years of work experience project Planning, and Quantity Surveying Must have at least five (5) years of construction work experience in Power plant project execution or related field.Willing to consider project-based engagement for 12 monthsPreferably local residents of Sorsogon or nearby towns/areasPriority will be given to those who can start immediately-
