This position is responsible for the delivery and administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of our LH Deli Brand.
Job Responsibilities
Engage with the key stakeholders to co
nduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training.Understand and breakdown the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solutio
nPlan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management.Prepare training budget requirements and share with senior leadership along with track budget spend versus plan and take corrective actions if required.Co
nduct discussions with each outlet’s business partner to understand training requirements (mandatory trainings, technical, domain, behavioral training)Identify and prioritize training needs and programs in line with organization's strategy and vision.Should be able to create training co
ntent ba
sed on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.Ensure that co
ntent and co
ntext of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.Advice business to identify training needs identified in performance appraisals.Work with subject matter experts on designing training co
ntent and delivery. Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and locatio
nAble to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience with strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills.Self-driven to handle the function independently.Designing and supplying a variety of training stylesManaging budgets and managing peopleCo
nfident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiencesOrganizatio
