Job Summary:
This job directly reports to the Learning and Organizational Development Manager and is responsible for the design and development of learning and developmental programs including its facilitation and coordination geared towards the enhancement of employees’ performance and competencies, to support the organization’s vision and mission. This job requires at least 5 years of relevant work experience specializing in Learning and Development, or other similar functions.
