Responsibilities:Ensures accomplishment of the project or area's monthly sales target Develop and leads the network of sellers by providing them real estate guidance and directionConducts competitor scan and industry updates as needed; analyzes and interprets data and report Plans and execute effective sales strategies and activities of the group to strengthen the sales performance Requirements:A degree in Real Estate Management, Business Studies or equivalentExtensive experience in mass housing; 5 years of which in Managerial level in corporate real estate salesHighly analytic, problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong business awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships, team work and collaborationGood communication and presentation skills – both written and verbalA keen eye for details and data analysis
