The E-Learning Developer/ Instructional Designer is responsible for increasing the level of relevant skills and knowledge within the organization's workforce through the provision of training and learning support to staff and managers.
Scoping of multimedia support requested by main clients HR (and other departments from time to time)Coordinating and collaborating with the program owner(Talent Development Team) in planning and designing E-Learning materialCrafting of storyboard, shot list, planning, and coordination of the logistical requirements for the multimedia production processExecuting E-Learning design using the most suited authoring application (Articulate and Adobe Suite)Coordination with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administrators to fulfill the E-Learning publication process using such platformsParticipation in regular and ad hoc meetings which are essential in the proper scoping, work planning, production and post-production, and execution of all multimedia outputProviding and performing multimedia and production support in company events, pre-event, event proper, and post-event activities and tasks.
