Must have direct experience in REAL ESTATE customer service, marketing, sales processing, and/or contract/ loan docu

Responsibilities Will Include:
Depending on the actual experience, previous role/s handled, certification/s, and credentials of the hired applicant, various front-line and/or back-end real estate marketing, and/or sales processing functions for current low-, mid- and high-end residential subdivision projects of the Company, will be assigned. The job will focus on the implementation and execution of various marketing plans and strategies in order to meet sales quotas of the various residential projects of the Company, across various target markets and market segments.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Initial salary range of 23,000-35,000, depending on actual experience upon hiring, with periodic salary increases depending on fit and performance
2. 14th month pay, performance-based incentives and bonuses, mid-year bonuses, paid leaves (birthday, sick, etc.), medical insurance (Maxicare) upon regularization, and other benefits will be given.
