Job Objective:
Overall in charge of the building in the absence of the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager.
Areas of Responsibility:
Customer Management - Communicates with and efficiently attends to the requests, concerns and complaints of residents, guests and clients, ensures adherence to and consistent implementation of the Condominium House Rules and Regulations, and makes recommendations for the refurbishment, upgrade/repair and maintenance of the building in order to protect unit owners’ interests and their investments.
Amenities Floor Operations - Oversees operations beyond office hours by conducting regular walk-through and monitoring work status to ensure well maintained equipment, high level of service and exclusivity of the area.
Front Office Management - Implements and monitors compliance to policies and procedures by Concierge Services and assists Resident Services Manager in addressing resident requests and concerns to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Housekeeping Operations - Oversees housekeeping operations beyond office hours and supports the Assistant Operations Manager in ensuring that quality standards in maintenance and cleanliness are consistently achieved.
Safety and Security Management - Implements fire and life safety guidelines and requirements and monitors strict compliance at all times.
Team Leadership & Management - Creates an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort; coaches, counsels and mentors employees, and manages individual and team performance to bring about expected results.
Property assignment will be at One Shangri-La Place, Mandaluyong City.

Completed projects include The Shang Grand Tower, The St. Francis Shangri-La Place, One Shangri-La Place, Shang Salcedo Place, and Horizon Homes. Construction is on-going for The Rise Makati.
SPI also currently holds a 60% stake in Shangri-La at the Fort, one of the newest 5-star international hotels to open in the Philippines.
