The Program Associate, directly reporting to the Program Manager, executes administrative tasks related to the conduct of the program's classes, academic activities, and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitate with the Program Coordinator for class management of the program which includes:
a. communication with the faculty, before, during and after every course;
b. ensuring that the course outlines are prepared by the faculty and approved by Academic Program Director / AOL;
c. collection of grades from course faculty;
d. planned program schedule;
e. preparation of venue conducive to the conduct of class activities (or Zoom meeting rooms);
f. checking of attendance; and
g. recording of class participation.
2. Provides administrative support to students and monitoring of submissions and other program requirements and forms to ensure that the needs of the students are accomplished.
3. Ensures complete and timely distribution or uploading of course requirements in learning management platform/s.
4. Initiates the filing of faculty Actual Teaching Sessions (ATS) in the ATS system and Requests for Payment (RFP) reports and other forms.
5. Provides updates to Program Coordinator on the conduct of tasks and activities for the program, in relation to goals and objectives.
6. Ensures that all activities, course requirements, and program procedures are in accordance with institutional standards and policies.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education: Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in program administration or project management, preferably with experience in customer service or education industry
