Job Purpose:
-To assess and counsel prospective students and their families who engage the company for assistance to pursue studies abroad
General Requirements:
•Degree Holder from a university, with excellent communication and people management skills
•Education, Client Relations and BPO Industry Knowledge is a plus: Understanding of the education industry and its business practices, with experience of minimum 5 years.
•Adept with computer use and related technology applications.
Tasks:
•Familiarize with the full range of programs across various educational partnerships in order to provide the best recommendations to a student client
•Continuously trains and updates himself/ herself by way of seminars from current and new educational partners to enhance student recruitment skills
•Account acquisition, network building and lead generation, through personal contacts, social media, exhibitions, seminars and non-traditional channels
•Maintain professional, immediate and clear correspondence with clients through various platforms (phone, online meetings, email and social media) displaying keen knowledge of the company’s services and brand of service
•Coordinates with his/ her line manager to monitor and track his/ her recruitment efforts’ progress aligned with targets set
•Responsible for team members handling various assigned markets and programs under the Admissions (Recruitment) Manager to meet the targets of the different assigned areas.
•Highly independent, organized, systematic and particular to details in collating student information
•Regularly updates the online CRM system of each student's guided progress and documentation
•Manage and nurtures student-company professional relationship throughout the student’s pathway journey as an aspiring international student
•Regularly monitors and follows proper support services until the student fulfills his goals with a scheduled outcome

Schedule:
• Temporarily on 6 to 8 hour shifts
(flexible, depends on student consultation schedule, especially on weekends)
