Job Qualification:

Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or any related to transport, customer service or people management course.Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, customer facing industry or terminal/ transport operations With broad experience and understanding of transport and terminals operations.With data analysis experience and able to communicate a visualize report.With Microsoft Office proficiency for documenting, organizing information, creation of presentations and data processing.With excellent oral and written communication skills specifically in English Language.

Job Description:

Ticketing Operations- Responsible for the on ground (actual) supervision and monitoring of ticketing staff and bus company personnel while performing their duties. Also responsible in making sure that all of the ticketing staff are aligned with the set of guidelines and protocols. Trip Operations and Transport onboarding Compliance- Responsible for assisting the Trip Schedulers and Trips Operations Supervisor with trip related concern, document and facilitate actual transport onboarding.
