Job Description

Job Summary:               

Monitoring of the coordination between all departments, supports and works with the Heads of Departments in all aspects of running the hotel for smooth, efficient operations and maximize guest satisfaction.Finding immediate solutions to complaints and responds to emergency situationsEnsuring efficient and courteous service to guests at all times, andHelp maximize revenue opportunities to increase average room rate (ARR) and occupancy.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the same capacity. (Asst. Front Office Manager with equivalent years of experience can be considered)  Required Skills include thorough knowledge in the overall management of Front Office Operations, i.e., planning, leading, organizing, and controlling a City Hotel Operations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and attitude.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
