MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for providing proper merchandising and marketing tools that include advertising, public relations, printed literature, direct mail, promotions, social media platforms, and collateral items to promptly assist in attaining the objectives stated on the Marketing Plan and PR Plan.
He/She is fully responsible for the Brand Image of the Hotels, as well as, attaining the full mileage of the brand in all facets of the PR Industry.
Handles and takes responsibility for all promotional and marketing activities outlined in the Marketing Plan.
Keep track and effectively respond to guest complaints posted on the website, booking engines, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
To ensure success, the Marketing Communications Manager should possess excellent communication skills, customer service, and conflict resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Degree in Public Relations or Mass Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or any related course.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5-year experience in a first-class deluxe Hotel and obtained a supervisory position for at least 2 years.3 years of experience as a Marketing or Communications Manager in an international-class hotel or in a similar capacity.Grossly familiar with the Marketing and promotio
nal strategy of a Hotel and Restaurant business.

Excellent communication and organizatio
nal skills.FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST.
