nvenient for them.Team up with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Clerks to ensure proper coordination, communication, and resolution of customer inquiries, comments, suggestions, and complaints within the store and through other means of communication (Viber, social media, etc.).Communicate directly with customers to ensure co
ntinued customer satisfaction to secure optimum business deals and introduce new products and services, when necessary. Promote outstanding quality of products and services offered by the company.Identify and develop a customer databa
se offering the greatest potential. Determine, understand and meet customers’ needs and requirements in order to ensure business co

nitoring system.Accurately docu
ment and file customer needs and requirements to ensure co
nsistency of solutions and clarity of instructions among all team members.Co
ntinually perform market research and analysis of market co
nditions to assist management in determining sales and marketing strategies that will suit the customer’s requirements.Assist the Finance Team in the closure of unpaid invoices above the agreed term or any A/R Collection issues and concerns.Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.
MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATION
Graduate of a 4-yr course in any Business, Marketing, or Food Technology program.Havin
g relevant experience in Sales and Marketing. Experience in the food industry is a plus factor.Effective communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.Strong analytical ability, with high levels of initiative and drive.Customer-focused, result-oriented, and team player.Knowledgeable in software applications; MS Office; G Suite; ERP; Social Media Applications.Excellent PR
