The primary responsibility of this position is to deploy Strategic Quality Plan for manufacturing material, providing supplier quality management to customers, suppliers, partners and internal manufacturing sites. Ensures compliance to current Quality Management Systems (ISO) and the Eaton Quality Management System in the supplier management system to meet the customer requirements. Your essential responsibilities:Responsible for suppliers Performance management activities, such as DMR, DPPM, Raw Material Incidence; New supplier qualification and supplier development; Annual SSA/QPA AuditProvide Supplier management tools training and mentoring to the suppliers, it includes SSA, QPA, PPAP, EQMS and SEMWorks in cross-functional teams including the supplier and plants to drive continuous improvement. Deploys common and standardized approaches throughout the division to drive supplier performance results and improvementWorks as SQE champion with PROLaunch NPD/STP to conduct supplier PPAPsPerforms collecting and reporting of supplier performance metrics including monitoring, trending, and analysis. evaluates results and creates improvement strategies and action plans to close gaps and achieve organizational goalsFocus supplier’s performance management and improvementSupplier Problem solving If You Have:College or university degree in Engineering or related technical fieldAt least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management within the manufacturing industryMaster advanced Inspection & Testing skills, good at Product/process quality planningPractical knowledge of quality tools including statistical methods used to analyze and control processes, variations, capability studies, Gage R&R’s, Control Planning and PFMEAHands-on experience with supplier APQP and PPAP processKnowledge of manufacturing of commodity responsible forSkilled in supplier auditGood interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrates a Collaborative Style.Demonstrate understanding of CQE body of knowledge ;Result driven and get thing done.Efficient and transparentWhy work at Eaton?· Power management company, what we do improves the quality of life· Our strong moral compass guides us· We aspire to be a model of inclusion and diversity
