WORK LOCATION: LIPA, BATANGASREQUIREMENTS:Graduate of BS Food Technology or any science related coursesWith 1-3 years experience in food manufacturing industryStrong knowledge in HACCP principles and practicesWilling to be assigned in Lipa, BatangasRESPONSIBILITIES:Monitors production areas to ensure compliance with established GMP policies and food safety programsConducts daily, weekly and monthly audits of the production area and reports findings to QA ManagerEnsures that technical documents of accredited suppliers are complete and updatedEnsures that appropriate records and documents are properly controlledParticipates in investigations of quality related issues both internally and externally (product complaints)Helps in the HACCP documentation of each product lineParticipates in customer, supplier, and third party auditsApplies product registration, CPR renewal, LTO renewal and variation in FDAAssists QA Manager in creation of food safety procedures and policiesPerforms other related tasks as needed
