POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations QA Manager will be responsible for the integration of product quality management The role will lead the Site Quality and AP Quality teams in streamlining, integrating, and improving the internal and external product quality performance monitoring across sites
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquire deep understanding of all aspects of the manufacturing processes including impact of raw materials, measurement systems, inspection and testing, enterprise resource planning system, packaging and transport system, other management system impacting product quality, and product performance to customer.
Provide, review, and analyze QA data to determine trends and issues and continuously improve global and plant-based QA operations.
Align with the business metrics, create action plan to improve performance, and to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Share, transfer and incorporate improvements across locations gained from product and process development review inputs and change control management.
Provide quality data to support 8D generation and subsequent corrective actions.
Coordinate with plant quality, plant engineering, CoE teams, and product management on creation of project roadmaps and improvement projects.
Manage the plant QA managers, Associated Products quality team to monitor suppliers’ quality and capability.
Player on the evolving Continuous Improvement and Innovation activities of the company by actively participating and providing the quality data inputs to the project leads cross-functions teams.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Five years' experience in a quality operations and other related field.
With leadership & management, 6 sigma, SPC, data analysis and project management background.
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, engineering, or management Quality systems.
Strong analytical ability with in-depth knowledge of Statistical Tools and methodologies, Global 8D, 5Whys X3, Risk Thinking, and other industry continuous improvement tools.
Extensive experience in data monitoring management such as internal and external product defects, coaching on creating improvement plans and monitoring of effectiveness.
Proven project management skills with ability to create and execute action plans while working with diverse cross-function teams.
Ability to understand technical requirements and processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Interact with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization and lead multiple teams of specialist.

General office environment with a considerable computer / PC works.
Business Travel Requirements: Less than 10%
