The Blending Foreman will lead blending operations. He/she will see to it that production schedules are followed to ensure that there is enough supply of finished products and that they are made "right the first time".

How will you Fuel a Better Future through this specific role? 

1. Monitors the work in the lubricants blending plant, ensuring that procedures are carried out correctly in accordance on the list of procedures in the Quality Management System (QMS)

      a. Monitors production and ensures that all reports are complete and submitted on time to the Lubricant Production Supervisor

                    • Daily Tank Sounding Report

                    • Finished Product Packaging Report

                    • Packaging Line Quality Form

                    • Lubricant Count Sheet Form

                    • Lubricant Transferring Logbook

                    • Product Transfer Slip

      b. Coordinate with the Lubricant Production Supervisor and the warehouseman, and accomplish Material Requisition and Issuance Form (MRIF) to facilitate withdrawal of raw materials and packaging materials needed for production.

      c. Ensure that production's materials and packaged/finished products are stored properly in observance on List of Procedures (PLUB_P_004) of Quality Management System (QMS).

      d. Conducts inventory reconciliation between raw material withdrawals and finished products produced, and ensure that transactions are properly documented in the Finished Product Transferring Logbook which should be validated by the Lubricants Plant Supervisor prior submission of Product Transfer Slip (PTS) to Accounting (ACCT) for recording.

      e. Supervise loading of products, per the instruction/advise of the Lubricant Production Supervisor, to be issued to Distribution and Terminal Operations (DTOS); Accomplish Lubes Issuance Form and Transshipment Order Advise (TOA).

      f. Reports to Lubricant Production Supervisor all downtimes in production and provide Material Requisition and Issuance Form (MRIF)

2. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to him.

      a. Assist Lubricant Production Supervisor in conducting weekly safety meeting and submits to Health, Safety, Security and Environment Department (HSSE)

Preferred Qualifications for the Role:

At least High School GraduateWith minimum of 2 years experience in operating a Blending/Filling MachineWilling to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas.

Critical Expertise and Skills:

Realistic Job Preview:

The blending foreman will make sure that production schedules are carried out accordingly. He/she will lead the blending operation and ensure that quality and safety standards are always followed.
