The Blending Assistant will conduct blending operations alongside the blending foreman. He/she will ensure that the raw materials needed for production are available prior the blending activity. He/she will adhere to production schedules to ensure that finished products are available and is sufficient to support demand.
How will you Fuel a Better Future through this specific role?
1. Carry out blending activities together with the Blending Foreman.
a. Operates transfer pumps and filling/packaging machines in the lubricants production area accurately and consistently.
b. Accomplishes all blending, filling and packaging reports and logs data in the production record book.
c. Performs daily sounding of storage tanks and logs data in the production record book.
d. Preforms regular quality inspection of finished products during and after production.
e. Performs loading and unloading of bulk lubricant products into or from tank trucks and loads packaged lubricant products into delivery trucks or container vans.
f. Ensures that filling machines are calibrated at the start of each working day.
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
At least High School GraduateWith experience in operating a Blending MachineWilling to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas.
