Job Summary
Responsible in supervising and maintaining the overall operation of Storeroom Section including implementation of plans and programs relevant for improving and sustaining the over-all section's performance.
Job Responsibilities:

nsible in the storage security and preservation of supplies, engineering materials, and spare parts being procured by the company and ensuring that supply and spare parts inventory records are being updat
ed on a daily basis.Respo
nsible in ensuring the co
ntrol of materials which includes inventory, issuance, mo
nitoring of actual usage and maintaining the re-order level of items.Respo
nsible in maintaining the accessibility and fast retrie
val of items, tools, equipment’s, and machineries being stored by Storeroom.In-charge in reviewing data from but not limited to the following: product testing report, product comparison testing, damaged report, complaint report from end-user and after which prepares recommendations for further procurement improvement.Checks operating co
nditions of area of respo
nsibility for cleanliness, safety, and operatio
nal purposes and ensures the proper maintenance of the over-all Storeroom Section functions and activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree graduate; Engineering-related course is preferred.Minimum of two (2) years equivalent experience in Storeroom / Warehouse Operations is preferredExperience in use of computerized inventory systems is an advantageHighly analytical; with very good numerical, interpersonal, planning, organizing and influencing skills; assertive and co
nfident in presenting ideas to people at all levelsHigh interest in working that requires great attention to details; highly committed, co
ntesting and persevering; must be assertive and with strong desire for self-improvement.
