PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER is responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. The direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. The indirect responsibilities include interacting with those managers in other functional areas within the organization whose roles have an impact on operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringAt least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Advance leadership skills, delegation skills, and ability to give clear instructio
nsHigh level of decision-making, communication, and coordination with internal customers and support departmentsCan work long hours, especially during peak season and as the need arisesCan handle pressure and willing to adjust the schedule as neededMust be willing to be assigned for training in Timog Avenue, Quezon City, and to be assigned eventually in Carmona, Cavite
