The LEAD ENGINEER - MACHINERY and FACILITIES MAINTENANCE is responsible for all aspects of the plant’s maintenance, including administrative offices and fleet. He leads all improvement projects and initiatives to improve plant and machine reliability, efficiency, and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

Has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and corresponding license from Professional Regulation CommissionHas at least 6 years of machinery maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment plus 2 years of facilities maintenance experience       Highly technical                  Has excellent analytical and problem solving skills            Has strong project management and planning skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft EXCEL
