DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares drafts as well as final versions of Business Process Design Packages that include Stakeholder Analysis, Objective and Targets, Quality Plans, Procedures, Work Instructions, Support documentation, Job Descriptions.
Performs Trial Run of approved Business Process Design Packages and evaluates the results of such by performing Process Capability Study / Measure Process Yield.
Facilitates the effective implementation of Corrective Actions on the basis of appropriate root cause analysis
Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
Develop and recommend methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Prepare manuals and train (when applicable) workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.
Performs Quality Improvement following the prescribed Problem Solving and Quality Improvement Methodologies of the company.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of continuous experience in the related field is required; equivalent experience in the BPO industry is highly preferred.
Graduate of any of the following: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial / Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent,
Trained Six Sigma Professional, Certified Six Sigma Professional highly preferred.
Trained Project Management Professional, Certified Project Management Professional highly-preferred
Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player, and can work with minimal to no supervision.
Willing to be stationed in the Davao Region.
