Process Implementation - Oversee or provide through instruction for successful implementation of process changes; Manage report about process status & changesProcess Analytics - Deliver accurate and consistent data while extracting insights (i.e., root causes for process inefficiencies)for continual process improvementTraining - Provide training and guidance to ensure that potential challenges to process excellence are proactively mitigatedDomain Knowledge - Understanding specific trends in technology, telco & business operations; Align processes with the latest business requirementProcess Development - Design processes and maintain documentation; Define best practices based on the standards/metholody like Lean Six Sigma Process Quality & Governance - Test processes; Define governance standards; Monitor for compliance with set standards and develop tools/requirements to improve compliance

Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
