Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Rustan Coffee’s success by working in tandem with the construction manager in the construction process of stores to ensure that they are open on time and according to Starbucks quality standards.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Conduct design evaluation of mechanical and electrical systems fro new stores and existing stores for renovation.
· Facilities team lead for punch-out listing for ongoing construction and renovation of stores with respect to MEP systems.
· Represent the company in coordinating with various stake holders namely Landlords, MEP Service providers, the construction team thereby ensuring all MEP related items are acted on or escalated on time.
· Successfully manage small to medium sized projects with minimum guidance and supervision.
· Ensure timely testing of all MEP and store equipment
Requirements:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
Must be able to drive his or her own vehicle to sites.
Applicant with experience in malls or buildings is preferred
