WHAT THIS POSITION IS about - PURPOSE
Responsible for the Spare Parts Warehouse and related areas - oversees all spare parts movements, ensures accurate record-keeping in SAP, and is in charge of replenishment of spare parts to ensure inventory is kept at optimum levels. Spearheads continuous improvement of inventory level to decrease turnover.
If required, he/she assists in managing assigned CapEx projects by fulfilling definition, introducing, planning, and implementation phase requirements together with proper communication of all related parties. Also responsible for compliance of projects with technical standards and CAPEX management policies and procedures.

nsumption of a particular part is more than usual. Provides solutions to reduce the coverage rate.Implements investment projects within full communication with the requesting department. Ensures that projects are compliant with technical standards and CAPEX management policies and procedures.Perform any other tasks commissio
ned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labor law, corporate guidance, internal regulations, and work performance instructions.Understand health and safety aspects of their work and learn a

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in FMCG is requiredExcellent English communication skills both verbal and writtenCompetency in MS office and S/W packages.Basic level on Capex Project Management - Equipment, Operation. Basic level on Business Understanding of Finance, IT, QC, Production, ME&EHS, Legal, HR, MAS.Expert level on Maintenance - Cost Control.Proficiency in SAP PM module and spare parts management.Standardizing the work order processEffective parts inventory controlIn-depth understanding of lead times for different parts
