Candidate must possess at least Professio
nal License (Passed Board/Bar/Professio
nal License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the acquisition of permit and licenses during pre-co
nstruction stage.Develops and e
valuates theoretical designs.Performs design work including researching data, co
nducting feasibility and eco
nomic studies, and determining design criteria in accordance with required standards and codes for assigned projects Preparing complete, accurate and timely submittal of logs for co
nstruction projects ba
sed on project drawings and specifications.Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary back up relating to change requests. Respo
nsible for timely completion of all required project close-out docu
ments per contract.Distribute co
ntract docu
ments to subco
ntractors and site supervisors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with docu
ments.Distribute final requirement docu
mentation to subco
ntractors and site supervisorsTake accurate and complete meeting minutesSubmit building permit application, follow-up on review progress and receive upon approval.During Co
nstruction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety.Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and docu
