Duties and Responsibilities 1. Operates and controls production process/es according to documented procedures and work instructions and ensures that parameters on quality, cost and schedule are met. 2. Ensures that assigned production equipment is operated according to standard operating procedures and is kept in good operating condition. 3. Assists in analyzing variances of actual versus standard cost and initiate actions to correct. 4. Implements safety and housekeeping policy. 5. Maintains close coordination with Utilities and Maintenance sections’ Engineers on the requirement of the process line.6. Attends meetings, discussions and audit reviews and then cascades all relevant information and leads his subordinates to accomplish their assignments.7. Assists in the operation of pilot equipment's.Special Task and Assignments 1. Actively participates as representative of his production section in 5S, GMP, HACCP, IMS, SQMS, TPM and shop floor safety team, as assigned.2. Assist in the commissioning of new equipment and lines in his area of responsibility. 3. Plans the daily production activities and meets/instruct his subordinates on the procedural requirements of the product.4. Ensures that correct production supplies are available and with the required specification (including temperature).5. Ensures that all production equipment and instruments are in proper working order and condition before the start of production and routinely inspect for problems that may cause product non-conformance or endanger machines and personnel and immediately implements corrective actions as needed.6. Ensures that his assigned area conforms to GMP, HACCP, IMS, SQMS, TPM, sanitation, pest control, 5S and safety standards and initiates improvements or request for repairs, pest control measures or disposes waste as deemed necessary. Accomplishes all the corrective measures on sanitation, hygiene, safety, pest control, HACCP, IMS, SQMS, TPM and 5S programs.7. Conducts weekly line meetings to update, cascade information, confer with, give instructions to and motivate his group on events, activities, and directions directly affecting his subordinates and their responsibilities.QualificationsB.S. Industrial Engineering or other related course graduate At least one (1) year working experience in manufacturing plant Computer literate
