The Industrial Engineer (Restaurant Systems Manager) will be responsible in designing store models/layouts with the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities, increasing store productivity, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs, while ensuring Jollibee quality standards are maintained.

Restaurant Layout Administration and Compliance
Work with planning & design group to ensure all Jollibee layout (specially Kitchen) are compliant to existing design standards to ensure operations efficiency and attainment of design objectives.Coordinate with Operations and recommends solution for non standard layouts that will still effectively implement quality operating system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.With at least 5 years related engineering experience.With experience with AutoCAD.In-depth understanding of lean concepts.Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study, and financial analysis.Advanced experience in using MS suite, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
