JOB OVERVIEW

Oversee corporate compliance to existing DENR laws, rules, and regulations by providing support to process under the Property Management Department.Responsible in performing support to the Department in carrying-out documentary and procedural processing of regulatory requirements.Function includes preparation, monitoring, and approval of documentary regulatory.Provide technical support and investigation into compliance strategies to new and changing regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or any related course.With at least one (1) year of related working experienceExcellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Willing to start as soon as possible.
