MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch & Filler:
Manages lorry loading activities - generates and prepares delivery docu
ments such as invoices, checklists, and gate passes.Coordinates regularly with the head office dispatch for amendments and status of loading or deliveries thru email updat
es.Operates the ACCULOAD for lorry loading and records loading temperatureMo
nitors Inventory Management System software for actual shore tank co
ntent and target stop gauges during barge operations.
Jetty Operations:
Coordinates with vessel berthing team on mooring of incoming vessels.Lines up valves on the cargo lines from the jetty to the tank farm and for co
nducting opening, closing and stop gauges at shore tanker compartments.Primary operator of product off-loading equipmentCo
nducts tanker/vessel safety inspection checks.Storage and Distribution Operatio
nsLines up valves at the tank farm, tank gauging, inventory mo
nitoringConducts tank truck safety inspection and calibration check
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professio
nal License (Passed Board/Bar/Professio
nal License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.Fresh graduates with strong leadership skills can be considered.Hard working and a team playerWilling to work on shifting scheduleKnowledgeable in computer applications, especially MS Office.Willing to be relocated from time to time.
