HSSE Planning and Strategies
Formulate and develop the project specific HSSE plan for safety-critical petroleum project operations such as exploration, drilling and commercial phases.Submit reports required in compliance with the Upstream Petroleum Operations Safety, Health and Enviro

ntracted or engaged by the Company) of the relevant technical or safety studies (e.g. Hazard and Operability/HAZOP, Process Safety and Asset Integrity) and ensure timely execution of commitments and compliance of deliverables.Establish and updat
e HSSE key performance indicators (KPI) essential for performance e
valuation of Company staff and contractors.Develop HSSE programs and activities required in the HSSE MS, or in compliance with the Occupatio

HSSE Risk Control and Management

Implementation

Business Transaction
Coordinate and facilitate training for employees, partners, contractors, suppliers and customers that are provided by other private or government agencies (i.e. Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine Red Cross. Department of Labor Employment, and Philippine Natio
nal Police).Maintain liaison with external organizations such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams, so that emergency respo
nse can be facilitated whenever required.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, (preferably in Petroleum, Mining, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering), or any engineering course, with corresponding professional license
Experience: At least one (l) year of relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas or mining industry
Special Skills: Competence in planning, and organizing Emergency Response Training (ERT)/Mine Rescue Training, First Aid (FA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training, Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training, organizing and formulating HSSE programs, risk management, and other related activities; good interpersonal skills; knowledgeable in health, safety, security, and environmental legislation & regulations; proficient in both oral and written communications; and computer-literate.
