URGENT HIRING CAD ENGINEER / document ConTROLLER !!!
Qualifications
• Graduate of Engineering Course
• Preferrably with PRC Licensed but not a requirement
• With at least three (3) years of oil and gas or related industries experience in documentation and maintenance, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledgeable in documentation preferrably with experience hexagon and GSAP, and AutoCAD.
• Can work with minimum supervision and with time-management skills.
Job Description:
• Develops and draft Engineering drawings for site plans, network configuration and design using computer-based drawing packages such as AutoCAD in compliance on Engineering standards and Shell DEP.
• Extract/import data from lease documents and input data into stakeholder’s specific database. Extracted information must be aligned with protocol of standards established for stakeholders
• Implement best practices in developing technical solutions
• Perform quality review of data abstraction to ensure accuracy and escalating for additional review to outstanding document or data exceptions until complete data set has been capture and align with standards.
• Maintain database, ensure all data is updated, accurately classified, and reviewed for quality assurance.
• Analyze, arrange, and systematize ledgers and directories for proper handling, retrieving and safekeeping of all contract documents and all its integral part.
• Perform quality review of data abstraction to ensure accuracy and escalating for additional review to outstanding document or data exceptions until complete data set has been capture and align with standards.
• Ensure correct formatting and accuracy of reports outputs as requested by stakeholder.
• Ensure meeting of key timing commitments.
• Assist on the tracking PM reports and a compliance on DGAME panel monitoring.
• Assist on uploading PM reports in AIM.
• Assist on S&I and DGIP documents.
• Assist on R&I documents.
• Assist on PM report sharepoint to track properly on timely submission of the PM contractors.
Other Details:
• Salary rate: Php 766.78 to Php 958.4785 per 8 hrs. worked
• Worked schedule: Monday to Saturday / 48 hrs per week
