We are looking for a Plant Engineer who has experience in a Beverage, Ice Cream and Dairy Plant set-up. He will plan and directly coordinate with the entire Operations team members in terms of the manufacturing activities in plant, including the design, construction, modification, performance and maintenance of cold storages, walk in freezers, blast freezers, boilers and other equipments and machineries.

The Plant Engineer SHOULD have a vast experience in HVAC/R to handle the Cold Storage, Walk-in Freezers, Blast Freezers in several locations in Luzon and Visayas. Must be able to handle Boilers, Water Filtration, Electrical and Equipment Maintenance.

The Plant Engineer must have a day-to-day task which includes determining standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance, inspecting plant and machinery to ensure optimum performance, directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, scheduling and planning production activities.

Job Responsibilities

Administer and resolve all technical maintenance issues.Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all employees.Ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations and design appropriate plant maintenance programs to reduce all downtime.Monitor all capital improvement projects.Perform regular audit on all safety control programs.Design efficient training programs and prepare all short and long term programs and ensure achievement of all objectives with required budget.Prepare reports for all client activities and ensure compliance to all state and federal laws.Coordinate with the Production Manager for an efficient schedule for all production operations and assist in installation and maintenance of all machines and tools.Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs.Administer all activities and assist in manufacturing of all new products and recommend improvements to existing products.Design all preventive maintenance programs in coordination with the Operations Team.evaluate all production and maintenance activities and prepare reports for all activities and inspect all associate plant machines, equipments, boilers and cold storages.Analyze all equipment requirements and assist in requisition of all tools and equipments.Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if required.Maintain and review everyday logs and assist to resolve all issues and provide support to all engineering activities and participate in all facilities maintenance meetings.Review and recommend improvements of all SOP procedures and perform troubleshoot on all plant activities and resolve all issues and assist Production Manager to implement all changes.Validate all systems and prepare required documents for all installation proves.Provide an efficient interface with all automation and validation processes and provide training to all operators, engineers and mechanics.Provide an efficient interface with engineering department to evaluate all upcoming capital projects and analyze and obtain required feedback for all equipments and layouts.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), HVAC/R or equivalent.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent is an advantage.
