The position:

Your skills and experiences should be:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and PRC license holder (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)At least seven (7) solid years of experience in managing building management/operations or working in the field of Facilities, Property Management and ConstructionShould be willing to travel within Metro Manila and Luzon provinces
