QA Software Tester / Quality Engineer

The Candidate

We are looking for experienced QA Software Tester who is meticulous, energic and enjoy a challenge. The successful candidates will need to be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.

The Role

As part of our Quality team, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

-       Design and implement tests for the MINEMAN solution, regression, User Acceptance Testing 

-      Design and improve testing procedures

-      Ensure business solutions conform to MINEMAN standards and meet functional requirements

-       Produce, review, and maintain product documentation and release notes for the MINEMAN solution

-       As needed, will help with client training on using the system

Work Schedule: 6am to 3pm M-F

On the job training will be provided, and you will gain real-world experience in the use of the MINEMAN System and a thorough understanding of the mining domain.

Requirements

The successful candidates must:

·       have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,

Computer Science /Engineering, or other Engineering Field like

Mechantronics, Electronics and Communications, and as long as with

QA Assurance experience.

·       have at least 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance

(Manual Testing)

·       have excellent spoken and written English

·       be driven to learn new processes and domain

The following skills will be favourably considered:

·       Experience performing end-user training

·       Microsoft SQL

·      Knowledge in Automated Testing technologies

·       Microsoft Word and Excel advanced techniques experience
