Job Functions:
REMOTE MONITORING
Observe the dashboard and status of individual power plants through a remote mo
nitoring softwareTake note of the automatically received triggered alarmsEnsure issues from the a
lerts/alarms are addressed immediately
ANALYSE POWER PLANTS
Proactively analyses the power plant dataReactively analyses the power plant data after an active alarm from the remote mo
nitoring system is receivedTechnical failure analysis to identify the root cause and affected compo
nentsDefine counter measures to correct the existing alarm
WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT
Create corrective maintenance work orders in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Provide detailed technical instructions to site teams located elsewher
eFollow up open work orders until they are fully resolved
REPORTING
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, yearly performance and maintenance reports to Blueleaf Energy clients and Blueleaf management
OTHER AD-HOC ACTIVITY

Your skills:
College Degree in Electrical or Electro
nics EngineeringAt least 1 ½ - 2 years’ work experience in the power industry particularly Solar, preferably as Helpdesk and knowledgeable with its productsExperience in function, preferably in SCADA system and any other software used in mo
nitoring & gathering of information from a Solar Power Plant.Written and oral English and Filipino language skills (Japanese & Thai language are an added advantage)Troubleshooting and logical problem solving skills Analytical, with initiative, and strong adaptabilityStrong communication & interperso
nal skills and a team playerStrong orientation and awareness of customer needs and servicesBeing able to work independently with minimal supervisio
nProficient in MS Office, esp. MS Excel, MS Power pointShould be willing to work on a shift systems (including Sundays, and public holidays)
