The CME Plant Manager oversee the over-all management of the plant facilities including day to day operations, production, engineering, maintenance, logistics and community related activity to ensure continuous supply of products on time and within PNS quality. Also, responsible to ensure compliance to internal and all external local government regulatory requirements of the plant in his area.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Operations
1. Responsible to ensure continuous supply of the major consumables items necessary to conduct a day-to-day operation of Industrial services for example the power generation (Biomass: coc shell/woodchips/sawdust), wastewater treatment, and production ancillaries
2. Oversees and plan daily plant operations to ensure optimum performance with minimum delay.
3. Maximize asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining company’s quality standards.
4. Establishes plant policies and procedures.
5. Develops systems and processes to track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets.
6. Resolves escalated issues arising from operations and coordinates with other departments.
7. Implements strategies in alignment with the organization’s strategic initiatives.
Quality and Safety
1. Ensures product quality complies with PNS.
2. Monitors operations for efficiency and safety. Ensures that all applicable regulatory requirements are complied with
3. Conducts necessary inspection of the plant.
4. Responsible for quality and productivity of production personnel.
Others
1. Determines needed manpower, equipment, and raw materials, needed to cover production demand.
2. Approves work schedule plan.
3. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time including but not limited to assistance in the sales of finish products including by-products.
