Summary
The position is responsible for managing a group of Account Associates, reviewing and analyzing performance data, pinpointing root causes for performance variance, trending and creating improvement plans to correct and improve performance gaps. They provide guidance and assistance to associates on technical and procedural issues. Incumbents of this position must create buy-in, commitment to goals, accountability for performance, and responsibility for achieving expectations. He/she will work closely with the Manager to ensure that primary and secondary KPI targets are met and client requirements are delivered.
