Via Appia Philippines Inc. is looking for Solutions Consultant, an expert who lays the technology solutions groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process. Solution Consultants work with Via Appia's prospects and clients to ensure a technology solution can help to address their business needs.
Solutions Consultants need to have excellent communication skills, be confident making presentations and have the ability to work closely and collaboratively with different team members. They are often an invaluable resource for members of the sales team.
Solutions Consultant Responsibilities:
Work with the sales team to identify the ideal customer for a given product. This is one of their most im
portant duties, as the success of their sales pitch depends largely on the accuracy of their analysis.Help their sales team qualify leads by using their deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points. They may even have the initial phone or digital co
ntact with leads.Know the given product better than anyone on the sales and marketing teams. This deep product knowledge is required to write a sales pitch that highlights the product’s features and benefits.Respo
nsible for attending and co
ntributing to strategy meetings held by the marketing team. Their goal is to make sure their pitch is aligned with the marketing campaign.They also use their strategic thinking skills to identify the ideal customer for a given product when working with the sales team.Use their analytical skills to analyze the market's prevailing need for digital solutions. This information will assist the sales and marketing team to make business decisions on Via Appia's Go-To-Market strategy
Solutions Consultant Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years working experience in pre-sales or solutions co
nsulting activities to a large enterprise or government sector or related fields.Strong knowledge and understanding of application development methodologies. Knowledge in Agile Methodologies is a plus.Possess presentation-ready knowledge and product expertise on software application development platforms (namely OutSystems, Appian, and UIPath)Possess good technical knowledge on DevOps, SecOps, and related IT processes and technologiesExperience in preparing business solution proposals and providing corporate presentations to senior management.Possess exposure to security software solutions like Firewall, Co
ntent Security, Intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage, data protection, and mo
nitoring security will be added advantages.Possess in-depth knowledge of competitive products for each of the Client’s products will be an added advantage.Possess similar experience in the enablement Channel community in building enterprise channel sales/presales on the product/ technology knowledge and experience in managing POC funnel will be an added advantage.
