Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for product strategy, category assortment, the growth of all the brands, and the creation of products and categories including the in-house Brand. The role is responsible for the development of the overall merchandising strategy, balancing foresight, trends, and other business drivers across various sales channels.

Skills and Qualifications
Proven leader with 10+ years of merchandising experience in the supermarket industry.Has led the implementation of grocery assortment and merchandising strategies.Successful experience leading significant change in complex, matrixed, environments. A change agent who possesses a creative thought process to tackle old and emerging issues with a fresh, new approach.Strong product sense with proven experience in driving product assortments and partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to co
