Inviting applications for the role of Manager – PMO, governance & admin– COO Office

This role will work closely with Philippines COO and senior regional business leaders

Responsibilities

PMO and governance for COO office driving regular governance model by vertical, by GOLDrive and support critical initiatives and key priorities via dashboarding & reportingSustain and improve core operating levers on ‘Oxygen’Leverage the power of ‘Ops modernization’ and ability to work with data to generate real insightsResponsible for effective communication and proactive approach towards problem solvingMIS reporting by publishing various dashboards to stakeholdersDrive cross-vertical internal governance– drive monthly cross-vertical internal reviews on set metrics at regional level, publish minutes & follow up on action itemsEnable and help leadership team during client visits to execute their respective agenda smoothly on groundCo-ordinate between multiple support function eg I&L, IT, HR, Training in order to drive site level initiativesCollaborate with Operations, Sales, HR and LDT to enhance Operations Excellence & TransformationDrive projects with expected impact on CSR and Diversity

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in and two or more years of experience in managing project controls; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Exceptional drive, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environmentAbility to multitask & prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter who needs minimal management oversight to perform day to day responsibilitiesDetail Oriented with ability to adhere to strict timelinesHigh level of proficiency with Office365 Applications especially MS Excel and MS PPTHigh level of proficiency with PowerBI

Preferred qualification

Prior work experience in project management
