JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading and managing the Technology Services business. The COO is expected to oversee the day-to-day operations of the multi-cloud products and services with the objective of driving operational excellence, facilitating business growth of each product and service, optimizing processes and procedures to improve customer experience, and developing a high-performing service culture. The COO shall position the business to become a hybrid multi-cloud powerhouse in the country and globally. The COO shall support the country’s digital movement by applying innovation to challenges and agility in coping with disruptive technological advancements. This includes strategically choosing the right technology partners and building ICT talents and capabilities.
The COO for Technology Services is expected to work closely and establish synergies with other Business Leaders of the organization to deliver appropriate strategic plans, operational policies and procedures, and identify operational performance measures of products & services and employees across different operating units. This includes the management of leaders and employees across functional areas.
