We are an International Company based in Malaysia with business operations here in the Philippines since 2012, and currently looking for a career-oriented Human Resource Supervisor who has the passion to excel in the field of human resources management.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and supervises the human resources functions, including, but not limited to: hiring process (job posting, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation training), managing compensation & benefits, performance management, ensuring employee satisfaction, implementing company policies, training & development, and firing erring employees.
· Implements, manage, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leaves, taxes, and other deductions.
· Handle regular performance review and appraisal.
· Do counselling and monitor the progress of employee performance.
· To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action based on existing Philippine Labor Laws and internal company policies including conducting domestic inquiry whenever necessary.
· Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
· Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays only.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in any discipline complemented with relevant experience.
· Must be familiar and knowledgeable with Philippine Labor Code.
· Proven knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
