We are hiring for HR ADMIN OFFICER

 Qualifications:

College graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development Management.With at least 3 years relevant experience as an HR Generalist.Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures.Good knowledge on employment and labor laws.Knowledge in using MS Office and HRIS systems.Experienced in using job sites such as Mynimo, Indeed, Jobstreet and linkedIn is an advantage.Excellent communication and people skills.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the human resource duties necessary within the group of companies.Responsible in implementing the best practices of the HR field with regards to maintaining an employee-oriented, high performance culture and will carry out the responsibilities of staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance.
