The HR Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR Partner function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Align all employees to business objectives
> Recruit the right talent and develop retention programs to keep them > > > >Enhance staff performance and support employee development by identifying training needs for the team and individual employees, participating in the evaluation , among others
> Plan strategic HR initiatives
> Support the development and implementation of pay and reward strategy e.g. through support with pay negotiations, production of rewards and recognition programs, annual performance reviews and the like.
> Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
> Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
> Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
> Monitor compliance to all legal and government regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
