Supply Chain Management Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering (license is a plus but not required or BS Accountancy, preferably CPA, Business Administration, Logistics or similar fieldAt least 10 years of experience as a purchasing manager or n a similar position, with a broad knowledge of inventory and supply chain managementProficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing softwareExcellent organizational skills, communication skills and negotiation skills

Skills Requirement:

Proficiency in MS Office to include Word & Excel, data entry skills requiredProven attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to this roleAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skillsAbility to work independently, be self-motivated and prioritize workloadProven ability to be flexible and multitask is essentialMust understand inventory management, purchasing and sourcingMust be willing to work flexible hours (including weekends) to meet the demands and deadlines of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans and manages logistics, procurement, warehousing, transportation and customer servicesDevelops and implements purchasing strategiesManages supplier relations and negotiates contracts, prices, timelines, etc.Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to develop logistics/ procurement programs activitiesCollaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutionsSupervises, coaches and trains warehouse and procurement workforceReviews and check supplier performance report, delivery accuracy report, inventory report, non-moving inventory report, delivery hold report, material control sheet and other reports required by the management
