Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensures the CCTV systems are being fully utilized so as to protect company assets by live monitoring, or review of prior recorded video footage.
2. Undertakes operation of all equipment and cameras to comply with the CCTV Code of Practice, on rotating 24-hour shift patterns, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.
3. Effectively monitor and patrol via view screens and to take any remedial or immediate action and notification as appropriate to events seen.
4. Records all incidents/occurrences (untoward or no incidents) observed for each shift.
5. Produces and maintains continuity of all detailed records or evidential material required in a clear, concise, legible accurate format. This includes an incident log, digital footage, evidence records, and other documentation in accordance with the CCTV systems and procedures.
6. Monitors DACS and ensures 100% operational without any defects.
7. Ensures following the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments given by the Security Manager
8. Monitor operational areas and other critical ingress and egress points for security and safety purposes
9. Conducts a Physical inspection at the assigned facility and report any unusual observations.
10. Implements safety, security, and health protocols for all assigned facilities.
11. Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff, executives and visitors.
12. Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as data center, CCTV room, executive office, and the other regions identified as restricted.
13. Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
14. As a member of ERT, he/she will respond to the scene of employee personal injury accidents and any emergency-related incidents.
15. Implements proactive measures to overall security operations.
16. Reports and inform all significant security breaches and concerns that are not covered by instructions to Security Operations Manager.
17. Participates in periodic health and safety inspections to identify safety and environmental hazards, and maintains records of inspections.
18. Participates during Fire, Life, and Safety inspections at the assigned facility.
19. Participates in Business Continuity Plan initiatives together with the management.
20. Participate in the promotion of the Crisis Simulation service and contribute to the success of the service.
21. Participates in Disaster Recovery.
22. Participates in pre/post-natural disaster activities and other business continuity initiatives.
23. Ensures the timely completion and submission of reports as required by immediate superior and Management.
24. Performs other tasks or duties that are deemed fit by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 yrs .course in college in any field.
· Possess at least three (3) years of relevant experience in CCTV, DACS, and Physical Security.
· With at least 3 years staff level experience in a corporate or BPO setting
· Willing to work in Salcedo, Makati
